     I know from personal experience how stressful relocation can be on a family. My dad was in the military and we moved every year through my childhood.

      Since then however I have been lucky enough to live in the DC area for the last 40 years! I am a wealth of knowledge, guidance, and comfort to you as you navigate the intimidating moving process. If you are unsure which community is best for you, I can assist you in reviewing your neighborhood options, and recommendations of alternate areas which may be of more convenience, and represent the greatest values. Market Information Package If you have made your choice between DC, Montgomery, Prince Georges County, Arlington, Fairfax, Alexandria, Great Falls, McLean, Vienna, Falls Church and more – then this package is for you. I will send you specific information about homes and neighborhoods in your price range.

  3. Special Interest Package Tell me a little about yourself. Are you a swimmer or a biker? Do you light up at the idea of an evening at the Kennedy Center? Do you need a safe area for the family pet to play? I will put together a relocation package tailored to your special interests and needs.

  4. Financing and Document Package Unsure how this process works? Need help locating a loan officer? I will send you information regarding loan application requirements, current financing, sample offers to purchase, and any other information you need to reduce the stress level.
